Gammill, Osgood named GCAA Division III Ping All-Region

NORMAN, Okla. – Division III PING All-Region honorees were announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) at the annual Coaches Banquet Tuesday evening. A total of 100 players across six regions - Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Great Lakes, Central and West - earned all-region honors for 2018 including Southwestern's Tyler Gammill and Cade Osgood

Gammill is currently 49th in the nation with a 75.44 scoring average. He has a 40-25 record against the top 100 golfers in the nation and has posted three top ten finishes this season. This is Gammill's second consecutive season earning the honor. 

Osgood has come on strong in his sophomore season and is currently ranked third in the nation in Division III golf. He is a finalist for the Jack Nicklaus Division III Player of the Year with a 73.14 scoring average. He is gone 15-2 against players in the top 25, 18-1 against 26-50 and is a perfect 26-0 against golfers ranked 51-100. Osgood has finished in the top ten in all but one tournament this season and enters the NCAA Championship after winning Medalist honors at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship. 

Southwestern enters the second round of the NCAA Championship on Wednesday.
