In exclusive voting by the head coaches in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, Southwestern University sophomore Alex Lam (pictured) has been selected as an All-SCAC Honorable Mention.

Lam posted an impressive 8-4 overall record in the regular season, including an eight match win streak, competing mainly in the #1 and #2 spot for the Pirates. In doubles action Lam partnered with teammate D'Art Bebel in the #1 slot until his unfortunate injury just as the pair were hitting their stride.

Southwestern finished their season up two spots from their seed in the SCAC Conference tournament, coming ninth place overall.
