Hunter Bajoit and Hemanshu Rambojun Win SCAC Doubles Team of the Week

Sophomores Hunter Bajoit and Hemanshu Rambojun were named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week after helping to lead the Southwestern University Pirates men's tennis team to a 2-0 weekend.

In a rematch of the 2019 Fall ITA Men's Doubles Championships, Bajoit and Rambojun defeated McMurry's Carlos Martinez and Chase Daniell 8-7, avenging their loss in the championship match. Earlier in the day, the duo defeated LeTourneau's Jimmie Henson and Christian Farris by a score of 8-4.

The Pirates swept both matches.

For the season, Bajoit and Rambojun are 4-2, losing both matches to nationally-ranked competition, competing exclusively from the No. 1 spot. The No. 24-ranked Southwestern University Pirates are 5-1 this season and will face Texas Lutheran University on the road on Thursday, March 5 at 5:00 p.m.
