2015

Skinner played in 13 games on the defensive line for the Pirates and picked up one assist on the season. He was third on the team in ground balls with 42 and led in caused turnovers with 19. Skinner started the year strong with nine caused turnovers through the first three games and posted a season-high six ground balls against Lasell on March 17th. 

2014

Skinner played in 14 games for the Pirates, starting nine times. He was fourth on the team with 35 ground balls and caused 18 turnovers. He took four shots, two on goal and went 5-8 in faceoffs. Skinner was the SCAC Defensive Player of the Week during the second week of the season where he picked up a season-high five ground balls and caused two turnovers while committing none. Skinner was a member of the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.
 
2013 

Skinner saw action in 15 games this season, taking seven shots with four being on goal for a .571 shots on goal percentage. He was third on the team in groundballs with 41, caused 10 turnovers and went 4-12 in faceoffs. 

High School

Skinner earned four letters on the Panther lacrosse team while also competing in football and basketball for two years. He was selected at MVP in 2012 and 2011 and earned the Defensive Midi MVP in 2010. 

Personal

Dakota is the son of John and Gina Skinner and has two siblings, Austin and Bailey. He is majoring in kinesiology at Southwestern.
