2015

Amerie had a stellar first season with the Pirates. He was the third leading point getter with 28 and scored a team high 25 goals on the year, adding in three assists. Amerie took 46 shots with 34 being on frame for a .739 shots on goal percentage. Amerie added five ground balls and five caused turnovers on the season. With seven goals in the final game of the season against Centenary, Amerie tied the record for goals in a game.

Amerie was a letter winner on the lacrosse team at Westlake High School.

Matt is the son of Jill and Scott Amerie and has one sibling, Jessica. He is majoring in business at Southwestern.
