GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The 2024 ABCA NCAA Div. III Region All-Defensive teams have been announced in all 10 regions. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee. Southwestern University's Jacob Tanner, a senior third baseman from Houston, Texas, and Ben Feuer, a freshman shortstop from Houston, Texas, were the two Pirates named to the Region 10 All-Defensive Team. The two infielders made up three SCAC selections in Region 10 and the most selections of any school in the region, along with Chapman University. 

Tanner was named to the All-Defensive team after a senior season where he recorded a .981 fielding percentage with just two errors and was elected First Team All-Conference in the SCAC. Feuer finished out his freshman campaign with a .963 fielding percentage, assisting in thirteen double plays and earning All-SCAC Honorable mention.
