GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Hailey Arrington, a senior left-hander from Leander, Texas, has been named the SCAC Softball Pitcher-of the-Week for games played from Monday, February 26 through Sunday, March 3.  

Arrington made three appearances in the circle last week for the Pirates, all coming in relief against George Fox, posting a perfect 1-0 record. In 10.1  innings of work, Arrington scattered just nine hits, allowing only two earned runs and striking out seven. In her win on Sunday, Arrington tossed 4.2  innings of relief with two strikeouts. For the week, Arrington posted a 1.35 ERA, with a 1.16 WHIP, totaling seven strikeouts with just three walks.
