Stephen is a 2013 graduate of Georgetown HS. While at Georgetown HS, he was a recipient of the Eagle Award for Academic Excellence, awarded All-District Honorable Mention and was a member of the NJROTC during the 2009-2010 state competition.

Stephen is son to Jorge and Rocio Bacelis and has two siblings, Andrew and Mary. He is majoring in political science and is minoring in kinesiology.
