Nash appeared in one contest in her first season with the Pirates. She is also a member of the women's track & field team. She was member of the SCAC Fall 2010 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.

Katie, a 2010 graduate of St. Agnes Academy, had a very active and successful academic career in high school, garnering several awards and advancing deep into several elimation competitions.

Katie is the daughter of John and Jodi and has one brother, Nick. Katie is a political science major with a minor in exercise and sports studies at SU.
