SAN ANTONIO, Texas - After a scoreless first period, Trinity University finally found the net twice in the second half to earn a hard-fought 2-0 win over Southwestern University in the champinoship match of the 2012 SCAC Men's Soccer Tournament Sunday afternoon on the campus of Trinity.

Sophomore forward Jonny Lawson, who scored the first goal of the match and was credited with the game-winner, was named the tournament Offensive MVP. Senior defender Michael Micheletti was selected Defensive MVP.
 
After the game, SCAC Correspondent Josh Moczygemba caught up with coaches from both sides, along with both of the tournament MVPs.
