KANSAS CITY, Kansas - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America released their most recent regional rankings on Tuesday and Southwestern University entered the poll at #7 after defeating Redlands and Whittier over the weekend.
Southwestern currently sits at 5-3 on the season and will have a shot at two teams ranked above them this season, beginning with Colorado College on Friday night. The Tigers are currently in the #5 slot with a 5-2 overall record.
Trinity, whom the Pirates face on October 6th at home, hold on to the top spot in the west region with a 6-0-1 overall record.
