GEORGETOWN, TEXAS- Women's Soccer traveled to Shreveport, LA to take on the Centenary Ladies who are 0-1 in conference play.
Laren Gradt set up Breana Trevino for what would be her first goal of the season and the Pirates took the early 1-0 lead after just seven minutes of play. At 25 minutes in, Gradt scored and before the half, Trevino and Sydney Boswell each scored bringing the halftime score to 4-0. Kalista Esquivel-Serna subbed in for Johnna Campbell in goal at the half.
The Pirates finished the game with 32 shots. Abby Castelli and Mia Morales each earned their first goals of the season in the second half and the Pirates earned the shutout, 6-0.
The Pirates are now 1-0-1 in conference and host Trinity on Friday, October 13th at 7:00 PM CDT.
