Southwestern ends season in SCAC Championship Semifinals

IRVING, Texas – The Southwestern University women's soccer team fell in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championship Semifinals, 6-0, to second-ranked Trinity.

The Tigers scored two goals in the first seven minutes of the contest, both by Julia Camp. Trinity added another before halftime.

In the second half, the Tigers tacked three more goals to advance to the championship match.

Kylie Hunt posted 10 saves for the Pirates.

Southwestern closes out its season under first-year head coach Linda Hamilton with a 7-11-2 mark.
