INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Freshman Rehgan Hartsell, the SCAC Swimmer of the Meet, celebrated her birthday on Friday morning as she competed on the third day of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships at Indiana University Natatorium. 

Hartsell just finished outstide the consolation round, placing 17th with a solid time of 1:04.21, just .01 seconds off the 16th place finisher. 

Hartsell will finish things off on Saturday, competing in the 200 breast.
