2012 (Senior)

Ambrose had a .320 batting average with 41 hits in 128 at-bats. She was second on the team with 9 doubles, she had one triple, and she had one homerun. Ambrose batted in 23 runs and stole four bases. She was named to the All-SCAC Second Team.

2011 (Junior)

Ambrose posted 33 hits in 107 plate appearances for a .308 batting average. She was tied for second most homeruns with six, crossing the plate 22 times and driving in 24 runs, third most on the team.

2010 (Sophomore)

Started all 46 games for the Pirates...had 20 hits in 110 at bats for a .182 batting average...had 16 RBI on the season...posted a .218 slugging percentage and a .280 on basee percentage...finished with 86 put outs and 96 assists for a .905 fielding percentage.

2009 (First-year)
Started all 35 games in her first season with the Pirates...had 19 hits in 80 at bats for .238 batting average...six doubles tied for third most on the team...recorded one triple and one RBI...posted a .338 slugging percentage and .330 on base percentage...walked nine times and had three sacrifice hits....904 fielding percentage.

High School
Ambrose was an Academic All-State pick, the Defensive MVP in the District her senior season, the High School Defensive MVP as a sophomore and the Offensive MVP in her junior and senior year for the Vikings at Lago Vista HS in Lago Vista, TX.

Personal
Amanda is the daughter of Roger and Helen Ambrose...has four siblings - Mariel, Zachary, Andrew and Madeline.  Amanda is a kinesiology major at Southwestern.
