GEORGETOWN, TEXAS- Women's Basketball(1-9) hosted the Schreiner Mountaineers (1-5) for their second game of the weekend and second conference contest on Saturday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM. The Pirates were defeated by the Mountaineers 79-65. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Trinity Benitez finished with 18 points, 9 rebounds

• Aniyah Burke scored 15 points

• Ellie Ward finished with 12 points, 4 three-pointers

• Lauren Stevens had 7 points, 5 rebounds

NOTES:

• The Pirates bench outscored the Mountaineers 28-15

• The Pirates struggled from the 3-point line, shooting 30.8%
