The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its second annual Softball All-Sportsmanship team. Ten softball players were selected to the 2010 squad including Southwestern University's Taylor Turpin.
The SCAC is placing a special emphasis on sportsmanship this year – asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2009-2010 season. Read the SCAC Presidents’ Council statement on Fan Sportsmanship.
Each coach was asked to elect one member from their team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.
The following student-athletes were named to the 2010 SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team for the sport of softball:
