RAVEN GARCIA OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a junior attacker from Georgetown, Texas, has been named the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 19 through Sunday, April 25.

Garcia had a record-setting game against Hendrix College, scoring 10 goals and five assists. Garcia's 15 points set a new Southwestern women's lacrosse record for most in a game, beating former teammate Hayley Donnelly's previous record of 12, set in 2019. The 15 points are also tied for third-most by a Division III player in a game this season. She added two goals and an assist in the Pirates' 18-7 win against Dallas.

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Junior defender Emily Pauletti of Dallas led the Crusaders' offense with 12 goals over two matches this past weekend. In a four-goal setback to Hendrix College, Pauletti logged a career-high seven goals and placed all nine of her shots on the cage. The senior then scored five goals at Southwestern the next day. She has 19 goals on the year and displayed a shot on goal percentage of 93.3.
