Puffer came in 11th place in the 400 hurdles at the SCAC Championships with a personal best time of 1:16.58.
2010 (First-year)
Puffer finished in a personal best time of 29.35.4 at the SCAC Championships. She was a member of the SCAC Fall 2010 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.
High School
Sarah is the daughter of Patricia Almond. She was an honor roll graduate and received the Coaches Spirit Award for volleyball and track, she was also captain of both teams. Sarah is an international and environmental studies double major with a minor in Spanish at SU.
