Azizi started 24 of 26 games and started 13 of 14 SCAC contest in her second season as a Pirate and garnered Honorable Mention All-SCAC honors for her efforts on the court...she was second on the team in minutes averaging 25.3 per game (659 minutes total)...she was 14th in the conference in scoring and second for the Pirates with 11.9 points per game, in SCAC play she was tenth in the conference averaging 13.0 per contest...ranked 8th in conference in FG percentage shooting 115-236 giving her a .487 percentage from the field...ranked second on the team and 11th in the conference pulling down 160 rebounds (6.2 per game)...ranked first on the team in defensive boards with 103 (4.0)...dished out 49 assists on the year ranking third on the Pirates squad...led the team in blocked shots with 23 which also was in the top ten in the conference at sixth on the list...also had 23 steals on the season...led the team in scoring on five occasions with her season high 22 points vs. the University of Dallas (11/28/06)...led the team in rebounds on 9 occasions with her season game high 11 vs. Concordia (Ill.) on 12/28/06, at Centre on 1/19/07 and vs. Hendrix on 2/17/07...was a SCAC Scholar Athlete.

2005-2006 (First Year)
Azizi started 16 games and appeared in all 26 games, also starting 12 of 14 SCAC contests in her rookie campaign...was second in minutes for the Pirates at 23.9 per game...was second in team scoring for the Pirates at 10.1 points per game (263 points total) which was also ranked in the top 25 for scoring leaders in the SCAC...shot 110-210 from the field with a FG percentage of .524 ranking her second on the team and 7th in the conference...she was second on the team in rebounds pulling in 5.4 per game for a total of 141 on the season...led the team in defensive boards at 89 (3.4 per game)...was second in assists dishing out 53 (2.0 per game)...first on the team in steals with 34 (1.3/game) and led the team in blocked shots with 26 (1.0 per game)...led the team in scoring 6 times with a season and career high 31 points vs. the University of Dallas (1/3/06)...led the team in rebounds on 6 occasions with a game high 10 vs. SUL Ross State on 12/28/05...had a double double vs . Azizi was an Academic All-District pick from 2003-2005, was named to the TABC Academic All-State team, won the Academic Award for the Cinco Ranch HS in 2005, also was a First Team All-District pick in 2005, a Second Team All-District selection in 2003, captained the team in her senior season, was a Greater Houston All-Star selection, was the MVP in 2003 and was nominated for the McDonald's HS All-American team in 2005 for the Cougars.
