High School
Kara earned four varsity letters in basketball while competing for the Falcons. She was selected to the All-State team and All-East Valley team her senior year as well as the First Team All-Desert Sky region. Kara was the captain of the basketball team her senior year.
Personal
Kara is the daughter of Kathy and John and has one brother, Kevin. Kara is a biology major with a kinesiology/computer science minor.
