El Hage was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in second place with a season-best time of 3:27.79 to earn All-SCAC honors and was the third fastest runner in the 400 for the Pirates with a time of 53.41 at the SCAC Championships.

Personal
Issa is the son of Ikram Nassif and is the brother of Haider, John, Youssef, and William. He is majoring in kinesiology at Southwestern.
