SUWANEE, Ga. -  Senior center Staley Mullins was named as the SCAC Basketball Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, February 7 through Sunday, February 13 on Monday afternoon.

Mullins averaged a double-double this week as the Pirates secured to a post season birth with two wins on their final home weekend. Mullins averaged 17.5 points and 10 rebounds per game while recording four blocks, two steals, and six assists.

For the season, Mullins is averaging 10.1 points and 6.9 rebounds a game.

Southwestern is currently tied with Trinity for second place in the West with an 8-7 conference record. The two teams will face off for the final regular season game on Friday night at 6pm in San Antonio, Texas.
