2013-14

Hall emerged as a top swimmer for Southwestern setting school records in the 200 freestyle and the 200 butterfly. He also won the 200 fly with a time of 1:53.31 which earned him a NCAA “B-Cut” time as the first-year swimmer narrowly missed a spot at the NCAA Championships. His time of 1:44.86 set a school record in the 200 freestyle while his time of 4:41.59 in the 500 freestyle was a personal best. Hall was also named week 7 SCAC Swimmer of the Week and a earned a spot on the SCAC Sportsmanship Team.

High School

Shelby is a 2013 graduate of Hoover HS. While there, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National Spanish Honor Society, and the National Society of High School Scholars. He also served his high school swim team as Team Captain in 2012 and 2013.

Personal

Shelby is the son of Susan and Kyle Hall, and he is the brother of Rush and Jackson Hall. He is undecided in his major at Southwestern University.
