Men's Soccer Earns The Shutout Over The Gents

GEORGETOWN, TEXAS- Southwestern University Men's Soccer continued their long weekend on the road playing the Centenary Gents in Shreveport, LA. 

The Gents were able to withstand the Pirate's 13 shots in the first half and were tied as the teams headed into halftime. Early in the second half, Michael Grimm assisted Raghav Sharma for what would be his fifth goal of the season. Continuing his trend of second-half goals, Mofe Arriyo scored the second goal of the match in the 87th minute. 

Brendan Prather secured another shutout in goal for the Pirates.

The Pirates are now 3-1 in conference play and host Colorado College on Friday, October 13th at 5:00 PM CDT.
