2014

Duarte was the SCAC Champion in the 400 hurdles, earning All-SCAC honors with a time of 57.34. He was also a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in second place with a season-best time of 3:27.79 to earn All-SCAC honors again. Duarte was the top runner in the 400, posting a time of 49.61 at the UIW Cardinal Invitational.

2013

Duarte was a member of the 4x400 relay team that took home All-SCAC honors at the SCAC Championships. 

2012 (Sophomore)

Lando placed 6th in the 800 at the SCAC Championships with a time of 1:59.24. He was also a member of the third-place 4x400 team with a time of 3:29.17.

2011(First-year)

Duarte set the SU record in the 800 at the SCAC Championships with a time of 1:58.49, coming in ninth place. He was also a member of the 4x400 relay that finished in eighth place in a time of 3:36.43, earning one point.

Personal

Lando is the son of Sharon and Richard Heard. He has four siblings, CJ, Lilly, Javi, and Brittany. Lando was an honor graduate in high school and is majoring in business with a minor in exercise and sports studies at SU.
