A three-sport athlete at Hyde Park Baptist High School in Austin … an all-district member on the football team and an all-state athlete on the track & field squad … also a four-year member of the baseball team.
Personal
Son of Bob and Kelli Gibbins … has one sister, Lexi … comes from a family of football greats … his uncle, James Street, is a former Texas standout and member of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame … his father, Bob, was a running back and kick returner at Texas … his great uncles – David Kristynik, Marvin Kristynik and Paul Kristynik – all played for the Longhorns … majoring in business with an emphasis in finance at Southwestern.
