Evan is a 2013 graduate of Ronald Reagan HS. During his senior year while he was the swim Team Captain, he was a Regional Medalist and a three-time disrict medalist. He was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Evan is the son of Troy and Stacy Jones and has one brother Eric. He is majoring in engineering at Southwestern University.
