Basketball
1. When did you start playing basketball?
Caplan - I started playing when I was able to walk.
2. What do you love about basketball?
Caplan - Friends, staying fit, team clicking on the court, and crowds cheering.
3. Is there anything you hate about basketball?
Caplan - Not really.
4. Who or what had the most influence on your decision to play basketball?
Caplan - My dad.
5. What has been your greatest memory of playing collegiate basketball?
Caplan - I've had some good memories playing collegiate basketball so far, like winning in a triple overtime game against Texas Lutheran University and beating Hardin-Simmons. Hopefully I will have some great memories in the future also.
6. How do you prepare for a big game?
Caplan - I do back exercises before games and just clear my head of all things except my personal objective for that specific game and what the team objective is. Basketball is really a stress reliever for me.
7. What would you say is your strongest asset to the team?
Caplan - My versatile ability. For example, I can defend forwards and guards.
8. What would you say your biggest weakness is?
Caplan - I have a temper sometimes.
9. How would you describe playing under Coach Raleigh?
Caplan - It's hard work, being focused during practices and then games are fun and exciting.
10. What are you hoping to get out of playing basketball this season?
Caplan - Lots of wins and a chance at the SCAC conference championship with a lot of fun.

Caplan - I went to Target with the parents.

Caplan - I went to Chicago for my grandfather's birthday.
