GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern Men's Basketball (1-17) returned to the Corbin J. Robertson Center to host the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs (3-15) for a conference matchup on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 5:30 PM CST. The Bulldogs maintained the early lead and defeated the Pirates 88-79. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Luke Hatcher finished with 16 points and 2 steals. 

• Brock Luechtefeld secured 2 rebounds and added 16 points. 

• Gio Gutierrez finished the night with 13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. 

• Nico Mur provided a spark off the bench, adding 10 points on 5/6 shooting from the field. 

NOTES:

• The Pirates connected on 14/20 free throws

• Southwestern's bench outscored TLU's 21-12

• The Bulldogs connected on 16 total 3-points compared to 7 for the Pirates
