Women's Cross Country Wraps Up UIW Invitational

SAN ANTONIO —  The Southwestern women's cross country team competed in the University of Incarnate Word Invitational on Saturday morning. 

Laura Carrasco Torres completed the course in 21:11.9 to pace the Pirates, finishing 69th. Grace Massey ran a 22:19.9 to finish 84th. Lauren Calzado followed with a time of 22:59.5 to place 86th Darby Vrba finished 92nd with a time of 27:33.3.

Southwestern will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 16, competing in the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.
