2008 [Junior Year]
Appeared in 129 games in her junior season with the Pirates...had
21 assists and 26 service aces...recorded 269 digs at 2.09 per game
average which was fifth on the team, and just three ball handling
errors.
2007 [Sophomore Year]
Cisneros played in 36 matches where she saw action in 90 games in
her second season as a Buc...registered 2 kills on the
year...recorded 7 assists while she had 3 service aces...had 167
digs for 1.86 digs per game average which ranked her 7th on the
team.
2006 [First Year]
Cisneros played in 46 matches in her first year as a Pirate. She
was credited with 2 kills and had 5 assists on the year. In
addition, she had 7 service aces along with 78 digs in her rookie
campaign.
High School
Cisneros was twice named team Most Valuable Player at Pearland
High School. As a senior, she was selected to the All-Greater
Houston team and was named the Brazoria County Libero of the Year.
The two-time district Defensive Player of the Year also earned
All-State and All-District Academic team honors. She was a member
of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Science
Honor Society.
Personal
Cisneros is the daughter of John and Kathy Cisneros... has one
sister - Paige... is majoring in communication studies with a minor
in psychology and feminist studies.
