Okunnu ran a season best 14.12 in the 100 meter dash at the Incarnate Word Invitational and was a member of the 4x400 relay that finished in a season best time of 4:14.32 at the SCAC Championships to earn All-SCAC honors.

Okunnu came in 18th place at the SCAC Championships in the 100 meter dash with a time of 14.36.

Busola is a 2009 graduate of Hastings High School where she earned a varsity letter in soccer.

Busola is the daughter of Allen and Victoria and has two siblings, Bolaji and Ayo. Busola is a biology major with a pre-med emphasis at SU.
