Women's Cross Country

2012 (Junior)

XC: Puffer raced in four meets for the Pirates and captured one top 15 finish at the Concordia/Southwestern Dual Meet. She earned her top 6k time at the Incarnate word Invitational with a time of 29:20.2. 

Puffer ran a 30:51 at the Sewanee Invitational. She was a member of the SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team and she made the SCAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2011

Puffer came in 11th place in the 400 hurdles at the SCAC Championships with a personal best time of 1:16.58. She was also a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and Athletic Academic Excellence Award recipient. 

2010 (First-year)

Puffer finished in a personal best time of 29.35.4 at the SCAC Championships. She was a member of the SCAC Fall 2010 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll, earned the Athletic Academic Excellence Award in the fall and spring and was on the Dean's List.

High School

She was an honor roll graduate and received the Coaches Spirit Award for volleyball and track, she was also captain of both teams.

Personal

Sarah is the daughter of Patricia.  Sarah is an international studies and environmental studies major with a Spanish minor at SU.
