Southwestern Women's Cross Country Place 3rd at the SCAC Championships

Dallas, Texas – The Southwestern Women's Cross Country team came in 3rd place with 103 points at the SCAC Championships today at the University of Dallas.

Lilly Duarte placed 8th in the 6k race with a 6:33.2 average mile and finished 24:25.89. Kara Koinis placed 16th and Jillian Curran placed 23rd.

The Pirates will compete November 10th in Atlanta, Georgia at the South/Southeast Regional Championships hosted by Emory University.
