ATLANTA, Ga. - The Southern Athletic Association has named 940 student-athletes to the conference's Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 semester, announced Commissioner Stacey LaDew.

To qualify, student-athletes from the SAA's eight schools must have posted a minimum GPA of 3.25 for the semester and been a member of a conference-sponsored varsity sport. The Fall 2023 Honor Roll includes the sports of: men's cross country, women's cross country, football, field hockey, men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball. Along with student-athletes from the SAA's eight core institutions, members from field hockey affiliate schools Marian and Concordia and football affiliates Southwestern and Trinity were also recognized. 

Southwestern University Football has placed 55 of its student-athletes on the list in its first year as a member of the conference. The following list are the players who were named to the Fall 2023 SAA Academic Honor Roll for football.
