Georgetown, Texas - For the second week in a row, freshman quarterback Jaylen Spriggs has been named SAA Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Sewanee. The Pirates shut out the Tigers on their way to a 24-0 victory. In the game, Spriggs completed 13/18 passes for 223 yards with only one interception. Spriggs connected with six different Pirate receivers and added a rushing touchdown to his total on the day. All in All, Spriggs accounted for almost 250 yards of total offense in his final game as a freshman.
