2007-2008 (Junior Year)
Cross Country: Parmet competed in three meets for the Pirates. Her highest overall finish was at the Rhodes Invitational where she finished 85th out of 137 runners and ran the 5k course in 23:27.

2006-2007 (Sophomore Year)
Cross Country: Parmet competed in all eight meets for the Pirates and was a top-5 finisher for the team in 3 of the meets. Her best overall finish was at the Texas Lutheran Invitational where she placed 19th in a field of 67 runners and posted a time of 26:38 for the 6k. Parmet ran a season best time of 26:25.85 at NCAA D-III Pre-Nationals where she finished 150th of 181 competitors.

2005-2006 (First Year)
Cross Country: Parmet competed in five meets for the Pirates. Her highest overall finish was the Texas Lutheran Invitational where she finished 36th out of 72 with a 6k time of 27:08.00.At the SCAC Championships, Parmet ran a personal best 6k of 25:41.75 and placed 52nd out of 83 runners.
