2008-2009 (Senior Year)
Was the second highest Pirate finisher at the South/Southeast
Regional coming in 52nd place with a time of 24:53.9...Chi Alpha
Sigma recipient...TASPA Scholarship winner.
2007-2008 (Junior Year)
Cross Country: Lahaie competed in all six meets for the Pirates
and was a top-4 finisher for the team in every meet. At the SCAC
Championships at Southwestern University, she ran a personal-best
6k in 24:59.30 and placed 34th out of a total of 93 runners. Lahaie
was the first Pirate to cross the finish line at the
South/Southeast Regional Championships where she ran 25:35 and
placed 49th in the field of 186.
2006-2007 (Sophomore Year)
Cross Country: Lahaie competed in all eight meets for the Pirates
and finished within the top-5 for the team in four of the meets.
Her best finish was at the Texas Lutheran Invitational where she
placed 15th of 67 runners and ran a season-best time of 26:06. At
the South/Southeast Regional Championships, Lahaie was the 3rd
Pirate to cross the finish line and 72nd out of 177 competitors
with a time of 26:35.6. Track: Lahaie's highest finish was at the
McMurry relays where she placed 3rd in the 800m with a time of
2:30.88. Lahaie ran a personal best 800m time of 2:27.41 at the
SCAC Championships where she placed 12th in the race. Lahaie was
also part of the 4x400 Meter Relay team that broke the SU record
with a time of 4:18.02 and placed 4th at the SCAC Championships.
2005-2006 (First Year)
Cross Country: As the Pirates' Newcomer of the Year, Lahaie
competed in all six meets for the team and was a top-5 finisher in
5 of the meets. At the SCAC Championships, she ran a personal-best
6k with a time of 25:12.55 and placed 46th in a field of 83
competitors. At the South/Southeast Regional Championships, Lahaie
placed 68th overall out of 150 runners and posted a time of
25:23.3. Track: At the SCAC Championships, Lahaie placed 11th in
the 800m with a season best time of 2:33.96 and also ran a season
best time of 1:05.73 in the 400m.
High School
Lahaie graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class. Her
best high school times are 2:29 in the 800m, 5:48 in the 1600m, and
12:28 in the 3200m. She was a three-time TAPPS state qualifier in
both cross country and track. She was District Champion in the
3200m in the 2004 track season and in the 800m in the 2005 season.
In 2004, Lahaie also garnered TAPPS All-State Track honors by
placing 3rd in the 3200m.
