Senior Year [2008-2009]
Closed out her career at Southwestern in a big way finishing third nationally at the NCAA Championships and first in the region with a 14 over par (81-72-79-79) performance...finished in first place in four tournaments including taking first at the SCAC Championships shooting 17 over par (77-75-81)...best rounds were at the Alamo City Classic where she shot 4 under par (70-70) for the tournament...SCAC Golfer of the Week twice, 3/18/09 and 3/10/09...Chi Alpha Sigma recipient...NGCA All-Region Team...Duramed NGCA Division III All-American...2009 SCAC Golfer of the Year...All-SCAC First Team.

Sophomore Year [2006-2007]
Mauldin had a stellar sophomore campaign breaking out as the Southern Collegiate Golfer of the Year along with First Team All-SCAC honors as she took first place winning the individual SCAC title at the SCAC championship shooting a 157 (80-77) which ended up as 13 over par for the championship...on the year Mauldin led the way on the team as the Pirates top finisher in four tournaments...at the NCAA Championship, she tied for 15th out 111 competitors with a 324 in four rounds (+32) and helped the Pirates to a fourth place finish out of 20 teams...she was a Great Lakes All-Region selection and a named to the Duramed FUTURES Tour NGCA Division III All-American Second Team as well as was a NGCA All-American Scholar selection...also was the receprient of the Carla Lowry Award for being the top female student-athlete at Southwestern University in the 2006-2007 school year.

First Year [2005-2006]
Mauldin finished her rookie campiagn coming in at 8th place in the SCAC Championships with a 171 (86-85), which placed her with Second Team All-SCAC honors for her efforts in the links...at the NCAA Championships she finished tied for 42nd and shot a 351 (+59) for the championships...along with her SCAC honor she was a NCGA Division III All-Region pick.

High School
Mauldin was a All-American Scholar, was a San Antonio Express News All-Region pick, won the DAR Citizen Award, was a United States Army Reserve National Scholar Academic and Athletic recepient, she was the MVP in basketball and volleyball teams, won the Most Defensive Basketball Player award in the district, was an All-State Golf selection and a Regional Golf Medalist, she also lettered in cross country and track and field, she also was a state qualifier on the UIL Spelling Team and was the valedictorian at Utopia HS for the Buffalos.

Marisa is the daughter of Tom and Cindy Mauldin...born on January 13, 1989...has one brother - Thomas...is an education major at SU.
