Leonard finished in the top 10 in two regular-season tournaments and posted an average score of 83.07 in her first season with the Pirates. At the SCAC Championship, Leonard shot a 170 (84-86) to finish tied for 10th and came in tied for 15th at the NCAA Championship with 316 strokes (78-79-80-79). Leonard was named to the SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Leonard was captain of the Cardinal golf team her junior and senior season while earning letters.
