Women's Golf

2014

In her first season with the Pirates Gonzalez was in the lineup at eight tournaments. She earned three top 20 finishes including a season best 12th place finish at the SCAC Championships. She carded season low scores of 80 at the Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate in the first round while duplicating the number in the third round.

High School

Alexis graduated from Veterans Memorial HS in 2013 where she earned multiple academic and athletic honors. She was selected as the Veteran’s Academic All-Star and graduated 7th in her class. She was named to First Team All-Valley and All-District during 2010, 2011, and 2013. She was also Team Captain for her varsity golf team for three years.

Personal

Alexis is the daughter of Joel and Rosie Gonzalez and had one brother, Ivan Gonzalez. She will be majoring in math with a minor in anthropology at Southwestern.
