Women's Golf

2015

Boone ended her career on a high note, shooting the lowest round of any golfer at the SCAC Championships, 74, to win the individual title and SCAC Golfer of the Year honors with a 161 (87-74). Boone posted an average score of 83.56 in 16 rounds and finished in the top 15 in her final five tournaments. 

2014

Boone participated in the Pirate lineup in eight tournaments while posting an 85.59 scoring average. She earned five top 20 finishes and finished 12th twice including at the SCAC Championships where she was a Second Team all-SCAC honoree. She carded a season best 76 at the UMHB Fall Invitational. Her hard-work in the classroom also earned her a spot on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll 

2013 (Sophomore)

Boone finished in the top 20 four times this season including a third place finish at the Lady Bulldog Fall Classic to kick off the season. She posted an average score of 83.80 and finished in sixth place overall at the SCAC Championship with 167 strokes (82-85). At the NCAA Championship, Boone ended with 348 strokes (83-90-87-88) to finish tied for 82^nd. She was also a member of the SCAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2012 (First-year)

Boone had a strong first season for the Pirates. She competed in 7 tournaments and posted an average score of 84.73. Her best finish of the year came in her first collegiate tournament where she finished 5th of 73 golfers (3rd in the region) and shot scores of 77-81. 

High School

Lauren earned varsity letters in golf while competing for the Knights.  Lauren was a four time selection for team MVP.

Personal

Lauren is the daughter of Suzie and Steven.  She is a double major in business and Spanish with a minor in economics at Southwestern.
