TENNIS DROPS IMPROMPTU MATCH WITH TRINITY

After their matches in Sherman, Texas were canceled due to weather concerns, Southwestern Tennis hosted Trinity University at Beery Creek Country Club on Friday for men's and women's matches. Both Pirate teams fell 9-0.

The men were close on a few matches on the day. The doubles duo of Parker/Bebel won the most games in all doubles action for the Pirates, winning three of the nine games played. Alex Lam fell 6-3, 6-4 to Cocanougher and D'Artagnan Bebel narrowly fell 6-4, 6-3 to Hoing.

On the women's side, no Pirate won more than three games in either doubles or singles matches.

The Pirates return to action on April 2nd in Georgetown as they face McMurry University.
