Georgetown, TX – Southwestern Men's Basketball announces its one-day Prospect Basketball Camp to be held Saturday, September 15th in the Corbin J. Robertson Center. Participants of the camp will have time to showcase their skills on the court as well spend time off the court to experience what life as a collegiate athlete is like. Incoming sophomores, juniors and seniors who are interested in playing at a collegiate level will have first-hand instruction from the Southwestern men's basketball coaching staff and players.
The men's basketball team has for the last four seasons held the third most wins in the SCAC while also keeping a 3.25 team GPA. For participants who are thinking about taking the next step into college athletics, the men's coaching staff and players can help prepare and bring understanding to what it means to be a student-athlete. The camp will provide participants with lunch, a campus tour/admissions information as well as a camp T-shirt for attending.
