LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its 2017 Winter Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today and 237 student-athletes made the list. Since its inception in 1997 just under 25,000 male and female student-athletes have been recognized for their contributions in the classroom.
To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point-average of 3.25 for the term and be a regular member of a varsity athletic team in a sport sponsored by the conference.
The Southwestern men's and women's basketball teams and men's and women's swimming and diving teams placed a conference-high 47 student-athletes on the list. Below are the qualifying members.
