Abdel-Rahim finished her first season at Southwestern posting a 6-6 record in singles action. She finished the year 2-1 at No. 4 singles. She was also 11-4 during doubles action on the year at the No. 3 position. She earned SCAC Player of the Week honors during week 10 and was also named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.

Personal
Heba is the daughter of Hana and Hussam Abdel-Rahim, and she is the sister of Hayat Abdel-Rahim. While at Southwestern, she is majoring in environmental science and minoring in biology.
