In her two seasons as the associate head coach at Louisiana Tech, Doria helped guide the softball team to 34 and 45 wins, with the latter the second-most in school history. The Lady Techsters have put together a five-year string of achieving at least 30 wins. Over that time, Louisiana Tech has set several school offensive records, with Doria working as the primary hitting coach.
