#1 Tigers outmuscle Pirates in final SCAC game

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Southwestern women's soccer fell 6-0 to Trinity on Friday night in San Antonio to close out the SCAC regular season. 

Trinity took control of the game early with a goal less than eight minutes in and never let up, scoring two more in the frame to lead 3-0 at halftime. 

A goal by Julia Camp four minutes into the second half put TU up 4-0 and the Tigers added two more goals to arrive at the 6-0 final.

Southwestern was held to without a shot in the match while the SU keepers were kept busy, recording 13 saves on the evening. 

SU falls to 5-11-2 on the year and 5-5-1 in the SCAC while Trinity remains unbeaten at 17-0-1 overall and 11-0 in conference. Southwestern remains in fifth place in the SCAC, earning their third consecutive bid to the SCAC Championship Tournament. Pairings and game times will be released early next week.
