Women's lacrosse rebounds with 18-7 win over Puget Sound

TACOMA, Wash. - Southwestern dominated the game early and cruised to a huge win over Puget Sound Sunday afternoon.

Kate Davis scored four of SU's seven goals in the first half and the Pirate defense was able to hold the Loggers scoreless until 6:37 to play in the frame.

SU outpaced UPS 11-5 in the second half and were never threated as they cruised to their seventh win of the season.

Davis was unstoppable, posting six goals and four assists for ten points on the evening. Emma Albin added one goal and four assists and Kaitlyn Campbell four goals.

Southwestern improves to 7-7 on the year and return to action on Friday, April 21 as they take on Northwestern-St. Paul in Minnesota at 7 pm.
